3. Telehealth Services.

When you book a telehealth consultation through our website, additional terms apply:

Scope of Service

Telehealth consultations are intended to provide veterinary guidance, triage support, and education. They cannot fully replace in-person veterinary care, and certain conditions, treatments, and prescriptions require an in-person examination.

Florida State Law

Florida state law governs the prescribing of certain medications via telehealth. Some medications require an in-person examination before they can be prescribed. Your veterinarian will explain any limitations during your consultation.

Fee and Credit Toward Visit

The $75 telehealth consultation fee is charged at the time of booking. If your consultation results in an in-person visit at our Fort Lauderdale hospital, the $75 fee is credited toward that visit when you arrive.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a telehealth consultation through the link in your confirmation email or by calling us. Specific cancellation and refund terms are explained at booking.
